Call for Special Sessions
Organize and host a specialized session at ICCAN-2027 2027. Connect with your target audience and showcase cutting-edge research in your domain of expertise.
Proposals for organizing special sessions are invited from academicians and industry experts from highly-reputed organizations. Special sessions allow you to curate a focused track on emerging topics and connect with leading researchers in your field.
Special session proposals must be submitted on or before 25 January 2027. Decisions will be communicated within 10 days of submission.
What your proposal must include
Ensure your proposal includes all required elements for consideration by our expert review panel.
Session Title
Provide a clear, concise title that accurately describes the focus and scope of your proposed special session.
Session Organizers
Names, designations, and affiliations of all session chair(s) and session-committee members.
Aims & Objective
Detailed description of the session's goals and intended outcomes.
Topics of Interest
List of research topics and domains covered by your special session.
Expected Submissions
Indicate the expected number of articles/papers you anticipate to receive for this session.
Target Researchers
List of name, affiliation, and email of 50 target researchers who can submit articles to your session.
Before you submit
Session Title
Create a clear, descriptive title that reflects the focus of your special session.
Organizer Information
Gather complete details (name, designation, affiliation, email) of all chairs and committee members.
Aims & Objectives
Write a compelling 200-word description of your session's goals and intended impact.
Topics of Interest
Prepare a 120-word list of key research topics and themes your session will cover.
Submission Estimate
Estimate the number of papers you expect to receive for your special session.
Target Researchers List
Compile a list of 50 target researchers with their names, affiliations, and email addresses.
Curriculum Vitae
Include a short CV of the primary session chair(s).

Best Paper Award
All accepted special sessions will be sponsored to deliver a Best Paper Award at the conference.
Travel & Accommodation
Primary special session chair receives 3AC train travel in India and accommodation during the session.
Website Listing
All approved special sessions will be listed under SPECIAL SESSIONS tab of the website.
Global Audience
Reach an international community of researchers and industry experts interested in your topic.
Policies and guidelines
A. Best Paper Award
- All accepted special sessions will be sponsored to deliver a Best Paper Award at the conference.
B. Target Audience & Minimum Submissions
- A special session must target a particular audience who are probable to submit for the special session.
- Insufficient number of submissions will lead to drop of the special sessions.
- However, registered articles under dropped sessions will be considered as regular articles and will be published in the proceedings.
C. Unique Topics & Mutual Exclusiveness
- Selection of a special session is subject to the mutual exclusiveness of already requested and approved special issues.
- If we have already approved a special session topic, we are unable to entertain a second special session on the same topic.
- Duplicate special session proposals will be rejected.
D. Primary Session Chair Benefits
- The primary special session chair will be offered 3AC train travel in India and accommodation during the session.
- This benefit is exclusive to the primary chair and does not extend to committee members.
E. Each Special Session Award
- Each special session will be awarded one best paper award.
- Winners will be announced during the conference and recognized in published proceedings.
